Jeffrey Pavlatos
President
After an undergraduate degree in Biology and Sociology from the University of Iowa, a love of architecture and design led to a career path change in 2000. Starting with a project management position at a Chicago area premier Development and Construction firm Jeff worked through the ranks to become Director of Construction. With dreams and aspiration of creating something new and different in the industry Silver Leaf Construction & Renovation was formed in 2007. Focused on technology and efficiency he created a unique system to deliver a high quality product specializing in large scale kitchen, bath and custom remodel projects. With more than 750 career builds, Jeff serves as President overseeing the Silver Leaf team and collaborates the design & build of more than 25 projects per year.
Kristina Sutulaite
Designer
Kristina comes to join the company with great knowledge of interior architectural and design. She holds a degree in architecture from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Kristina has a diverse professional background ranging from architectural, interior and landscape design to construction and custom furnishings. Although she has a vast understanding of graphic design software, Kristina’s creative process often comes down to hand sketches and AD clippings. She counts her European upbringing and artistic passions as her biggest influences. Kristina continues to draw inspiration from her travels, nature and fashion. “I believe in the power of transformative design. If done well, it does not completely change how people live, rather it elevates their lifestyle - highlighting their most fulfilling features. I’m there to guide our clients towards the perfect balance of elements.
Luis Vazquez
Designer
A jack of many trades, Luis has professional photography, graphic design, website design, architectural design & construction experience. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago, Luis has gained an eclectic interest in various branches of design. He has an obsession with details and a keen eye for high - quality contemporary design. With knowledge in various digital programs, he will find a way to bring your ideas to life.
Izzy S.
Designer
With a passion for hand drawing perspective and painting landscapes, Izzy has translated her interests into a career in design and architecture. Graduating for the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, she has extensive experience in spatial planning and conceptual design for buildings at various scales. Having an interest in creating with attention for human scale and designing intentional details, she had gained an affinity for Residential and Interior design. She helps complete the Silver Leaf Construction vision by taking particular care for the minute details, materials selections and design elements that will truly make the difference in your space.

Specializing in high-end residential construction, Bud is the voice of reason at Silver Leaf Construction.
Larry Bogosh
Director of Carpentry
As a Chicago area native Larry began his career as a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, management and purchasing. He transitioned his engineering skills to the construction industry in 1987 when he formed D&L Service. Focusing on home remodeling Larry's hands on approach gained a vast knowledge of all trades and practices. With more than 1000 career builds Larry joined Silver Leaf in 2007 as a Field Superintendent and craftsman. Now as Director of Carpentry he uses more than 30 years of industry experience to manage and oversee all field operations assuring quality and efficiency is maintained and projects are delivered with the highest level of quality.
Nabor Benigno
Craftsman
Arriving at Silver Leaf in 2008 as field service tech Nabor has honed his skills in a variety of trades. Specializing in trim carpentry and finishing, he now focuses on fine cabinetry and millwork installation. With extensive knowledge in plumbing, electric, drywall and painting Nabor is a key figure in the punch list and finishing details of nearly every project. As a long time Silver Leaf employee, he is a valuable asset to the team and helps assure the highest quality product is delivered.
Asberto Villalpando
Field Technician
Asberto maintains a high level of efficiency and hard work. Specializing in demolition and site maintenance he a key figure in making sure your existing site gets taken apart properly. Safety and cleanliness are a top priority as dust and debris can travel to other areas of the home or job-site during the initial phases of construction.
